Intro

The module for tracking and monitoring Network problem. Completed projects will be handed to the ‘Operations & Maintenance’ division and will be monitored through TTS.

TTS will capture any redundancies in the system either by an SMTP alarm or reports done by customers. These problems will be logged, analyzed and escalated to relevant team members for quick rectification. The anomalies will be categorized according to their severity in order to better route of maintenance action.
